Elimination of industrial bad odors with Biodor Nebu XXL perimeter fogging equipment

To reinforce the control of olfactory contamination at the plant, Biopulcher has implemented a perimeter fogging system intended to create a barrier to contain residual odors, preventing their spread to adjacent areas.

Two Biodor Nebu XXL low-pressure fogging units with the Venturi effect, designed and manufactured by Biopulcher, were installed. This system allows for the homogeneous distribution of a very fine mist generated inside a pressurizable polypropylene cylinder. The mist is released in a controlled manner through the distribution piping, forming a protective curtain that neutralizes industrial bad odors around the perimeter of the plant.

Technology and operation

The Venturi effect of the Biodor Nebu XXL system facilitates the fogging (nebulization) of the neutralizer product without the need for additional pressure, optimizing consumption and reducing maintenance. By generating extremely fine micro-droplets, the product achieves high efficacy in the elimination of industrial bad odors, even in variable wind or temperature conditions. This equipment stands out for its low energy consumption, its constant effectiveness, and its modular design, which allows adjusting the length of the diffusion system according to the characteristics of each installation.

Results and sustainability

Thanks to the installation of the perimeter system with Biodor Nebu XXL, the dispersion of odors has been notably reduced, maintaining a clean and controlled environment both inside and outside the premises. As in all Biopulcher projects, the products used are biodegradable, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly, guaranteeing an effective, sustainable, and safe solution for the elimination of industrial bad odors.

Biodor Nebu XXL - Micronization, dry vapor

It is equipment designed and manufactured by Biopulcher. Biodor Nebu XXL fogs at low pressure using the Venturi effect to generate microparticles of dry vapor. These odor-neutralizing and inhibiting microparticles diffuse into the air and eliminate bad odors gas to gas. The equipment can work with aqueous or oily products and offers excellent results with very tight product consumption. It comes with a built-in programmer that allows us to select time slots and diffusion sequences to optimize performance and consumption. Furthermore, this equipment is very reliable and requires very little maintenance.

Biodor Control L - (BCL)

Biopulcher BCL is a broad-spectrum odor neutralizer indicated for treating sewage sludge, leachates, industrial processes, containers, septic tanks, synthetic and mineral oils, among others. It is a very powerful and long-lasting odor neutralizer.

The active agents of Biopulcher BCL attack the molecules of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, putrescine, indole, and skatole, among others.
